Paul Holmes has over 25 years experience as a Barristers’ Clerk. Prior to commencing Holmes List in October 1992, he worked as a court clerk at various Courts across Victoria. He has a wealth of knowledge into the administration of the Courts, Boards and Regulatory Bodies in Victoria.
